1. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. All international orders are sent via Air Mail.
2. Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables and include a packaging cost of £0.43.
3. All items have been given actual weights in kgs (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting). All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically.
4. We aim to ship all products, UK and International, within 5-14 business days. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by email.
5. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our control.
6. Items that are missing or lost in the post will be replaced or a refund credited to you after a period of 15 working days from dispatch for UK deliveries and 25 working days for all other deliveries.
7. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

2. Everything on our website should be in stock, and real time stock levels can be seen on the site, however sometimes orders do cross with each other and we are unable to mark the items out of stock in time. If this happens we will send you another available item of your choice, just let us know.
3. We try our best to describe our products as accurate as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free.
4. Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size or measurement in product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products.
5. If we cancel any order we shall offer a refund to your PayPal account the price paid by you.

3. If you receive any of our products that are not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition.
4. A full refund shall be issued on receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct postage expenses.
5. You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition.
6. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken.
7. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee for all returns. This does not apply to broken or damaged items.
8. We will replace items that have manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods.
9. Missing or faulty items must be claimed within 3 days of receipt of your orders; returns must be received within 10 days from our acceptance of your claims.
10. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is unavailable. Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account.
